"The death of Miss Ella E. Sill of Hartwick, sister of G. Reed Sill of this village, occurred January 26 at the Mary Imogene Bassett Hospital here where she had been a patient for eight days. She was 75 years old. Miss Sill was born in the town of Burlington on May 15, 1884, a daughter of Eugene and Roselia (Fitch) Sill. She had lived most of her life in Hartwick. She was a member of the First Baptist Church there, and for many years was a member of its Sunday School teaching staff ... Besides her brother, she leaves a sister, Mrs. Elmer Genter of Hartwick; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the First Baptist Church in Hartwick with the Rev. Walter Miller, pastor, officiating.
