 CASTLE DALE: David Owen Price, age 73 passed away at his home on Dec. 26, 2012. He was born July 18, 1939 in Price, Utah to Owen and Glenna Cox Price.

He was raised in Orangeville and spent most of his life in Emery County. David served his country in the US Navy. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved being in the outdoors. His greatest love was being a heavy equipment operator, specifically operating the Cat. He worked as a coal miner for over 20 plus years. David will be remembered as an honorable man who took pride in helping others, when he was able.

David is survived by his children, Andra Grill of Price and Owen (Jessi) Price of Price, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild, siblings, Connie Wickman of Orangeville and Kathy (Royal) Ockey of Orangeville. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Patricia Huntington and brother in law, John Wickman.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at 1 p.m. at the Ferron City Cemetery. Services are in the care of Fausett Mortuary.
