Anna Maria Kelley was born May 15, 1854 in Manchester, England, a daughter of George and Anna (Lidwell) Kelley. She grew to young womanhood in England and was married to John Lidwell, August 20, 1898, in Ashby de la Zouch, England. Her husband died August 18, 1914.
The following stepchildren survive: George Lidwell, who lives in England, Herbert, Henry, John and Bertha of St David, Illinois; Mrs. Eliza Brookham of Prescott, Wisconsin; and Mrs. Maria Christian of Walbridge, Ohio; Mrs. Maggie Timms, a sister, resides in Manchester, England.
Mrs. Lidwell came with her husband to the United States in 1903 and the family moved to St David in 1910. Previous to that time, they lived in Ashville, Pennsylvania.
She was member of the Saint Mary's Church in Canton.
The funeral services will be held at the St Michel Church in St David, Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock, the Rev. J. A. Dollard officiating.
Burial will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Canton, Illinois.
