Hilde M. (nee Koeppe) Altvater, beloved wife of the late Henry W. Altvater, loving mother of the late Rodney H. Altvater and the late Joy Owens, loving grandmother of Catherine L. Ratliff, Deborah L. Mulbay, H. William Altvater II, Leslie S. Combs, Lynne C. McGowan, Christine Weayer and Richard Altvater. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren and many nephews and a niece.
Longtime and civilly active member of Indian Hill, she died November 18, 2003, at age 96. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
