Elenora A. Nettesheim (nee Carlsen) entered into eternal life Monday, April 2, 2012, at the age of 88. She was born in Pewaukee on Nov. 18, 1923, to Joseph and Adelaide (nee Stoik) Carlsen.
Elenora served during World War II in the Women's Army Air Corps and she was a member of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary. She was active in her church throughout her life. She loved to socialize, play cards and grow flowers. She was an avid reader and had many interests. She was devoted to keeping in touch with a large network of friends and family.
Elenora was married to Richard A. Nettesheim in 1945. Richard died in 1992 and was greatly missed. They had six children.
