Born Jan 27, 1892 in the Town of Herman, he was a son of the late Frederick and Wilhelmina Perronne. He attedned the Lutheran Parochial School in Howards Grove and was confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church there.
On Feb 27, 1915, he married Miss Ida Barthels of the Town of Sheboygan Falls at St Paul's Lutheran Church in Millersville.
The couple lived in Millersville for one year and than moved to Franklin where he operated a cheese factory. In 1945 he converted his cheese factory to the frozen food locker business which he operated until his death.
He wa associated with the Town Herman Fire Insurance Co and the Town Herman Tornado Insurance Co, serving as its secretary from 1936 to 1956 when he was named a vice president, a post he held at the time of his death. He was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church in Millersville and served as president of the congregation for one term.
Survivors are his wife; two sons, Harold of Kiel, Niles of Town of Plymouth; two daughters, Mrs Wesley (Gertrude) Arpke of Sheboygan, Miss Caroline Perronne at home; six
grandchildren , and three brothers, William of Milwaukee, Martin of the Town of Herman, and Paul of the Town of Mosel. One sister and three brothers preceded him in death.
Services were held at St Paul's Lutheran Cemetery in Millesville. Burial in the parish cemetery.
