Robert Seabrook (Brook) Beverage, 72, of Monterey, died Sunday night, Sept. 5 at Kings Daughters Hospital, where he had been admitted last week. Mr. Beverage had been in ill health for many years. A son of Samuel and Fannie Cunningham Beverage, he was born at Monterey July 14, 1899, and was a member of the Monterey United Methodist Church. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Edna Botkin Beverage, and several cousins. The funeral service was held at 2:30 p. m. Tuesday, Sept. 7 from the Obaugh Funeral Home by the Rev. Betty Jane Clem. Interment was in Monterey Cemetery.
