The surviving family includes his wife, two sons, Frederick L. Spaulding, Jr. and Gary Spaulding; two daughters, Joanne spaulding and Carol Spaulding and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport.
