He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Kelemen Palenscar, and is survived by his daughter.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Fredericksburg at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 8, with the family receiving friends one hour before the service at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. Burial will be at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery.
