Son of John Louis Inskeep Sr. and Lucie Yowell Inskeep. Harold was a man who enjoyed helping his family and friends. He served in the US Navy during WWII, spending mpst of his military service in the Pacific area. After his return from the war, worked for the C&P Telephone Company for over 32 years. He was a passionate golfer.
Harold is survived by his wife of 37 years, four step children, six step grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Rae White Thompson Inskeep and six siblings, John Louis Inskeep Jr. (who died at age 4), Mary I. Carpenter, Marjorie I. Bailey, Robert L. Inskeep, Mildred Earle I. Hoffman and Russell H. Inskeep Sr.
