JIM EVANS – Age 74
A resident of Abiquiu, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2007 following a lengthy illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Opal Evans; son, Lloydray Evans and sisters, Juanita and Olita.

Jim was a very hard worker who would have worked 7 days out of the week if he could. He was a very good father and excellent grandfather who would always provide for his family. He will be greatly missed by his family. Jim is survived by his wife, Louise Evans of Abiquiu; children, Aubrey Evans of Abiquiu, Debbie Carrillo and husband Charles of Santa Fe and Ricky Evans of Texas; sisters, Shirley and Linda; brother, Charles of Texas; grandchildren, Estrellita Carrillo-Garcia and husband Larry, Roan Carrillo, Danielray Evans and Ryan Chacon; great-grandchild, Larry Angel Garcia and numerous other relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
