MITCHELL - Arla Jean Kiel, 64, formerly of Armour, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 1994, at Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell.
She was born Jan. 12, 1930, in Douglas County. She lived with her parents on a farm near Armour until 1970, when her father died. She then moved to the state hospital and school in Redfield. After several years she moved to the Mitchell Area Adjustment Training Center. In September of 1993 she moved to the Firesteel Healthcare Center in Mitchell.
There are no surviving relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Clements-Wiese Funeral Home in Armour with burial in the Graceland Cemetery in Corsica. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the funeral home.
