Abram D. Skinner, 76, of Confluence, died Tuesday in Uniontown Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Stewart Township, a son of the late Marcellus and Margaret Moon Skinner. He was an active member of the Turkeyfoot Valley Baptist Church and served in many offices over the years. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nina Tissue Skinner, a former teacher in Turkeyfoot Valley School; a daughter, Mrs. Noel (Marilyn) Wines of Cleveland, Ohio; four grandchildren; and three brothers, George and Earl Skinner both of Mill Run and Olaf Skinner of Confluence. He was predeceased by two brothers, James and Sylvester and a sister, Ada.
