Obituary: BONAVENTURE SR., DONALD RAY

Died Saturday, Sept. 7, 1991, at his residence in Fordoche. He was 42 and a native of Fordoche. He was a steel worker. Visiting at Niland Funeral Home, New Roads, 4 to 10 p.m. Monday and after 8 a.m.Tuesday. Religious services at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Burial in Azalea Rest Cemetery, Zachary. Survived by wife, Barbara Bonaventure; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy McCartney, Zachary; seven daughters, Lorinda Bonaventure and Angelique Bonaventure, both of Palmetto, Jessica, Amanda and Danielle Bonaventure, all of Fordoche, Honie Woodson of Krotz Springs; two sons, Jason and Donald Ray Bonaventure Jr., both of Fordoche; a sister, Diane Bonaventure Annison, Clinton; two half-sisters, Sherry Alford, Zachary, and Marsheilla George, Baker; a half-brother, Vincent L. Reno, Orlando, Fla.; and five grandchildren.

Preceded in death by grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. M.T. Parks Sr.

Pallbearers will be Dywayne and Martin Montelaro, Brian Annison, Roger, David and Lonnie Savoie.
