Paul E. Turner, 68, of Wayland, died Wednesday, March 3, 1999, at the VA Medical Center at Huntington, West Virginia.
He was born in Hueysville, on February 17, 1931, the son of Green Turner and Dora Turner.
He is survived by his wife: Elderee Turner: two sons, Paul Russell Turner of Beaver Creek, Ohio and Brian Douglas Turner of Lafayette,Indiana: one daughter, Marie Alley (should read Riley) of Hueysville: one stepson, Clinton Parnell Ratliff of Allen; one stepdaughter, Rita Ratliff of Lowmansville; three brothers, Joe Turner of Ashland, Marcus Turner, of Mt. Vernon, and Milford Turner, of Willard, Ohio; three sisters, Berniece Baily of Willard, Ohio, Agnes Gayle Bailey of Shiloh, Ohio and Loreda Cochran of Hamilton, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 6, at the Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, with Milburn Slone officiating.
Burial was made in the Crager Cemetery at Hueysville.
