Concepcion (Conchita) Vara Lujan, passed away in Albuquerque, New Mexico on March 14, 2007.

She was born in Grandfalls, Texas, December 8, 1905. She was born to Luis and Rebeca Vara, lived
in Ft. Stockton, Texas from 1906 to 1939, moved to El Paso, Texas in 1939 to 1964, moved to
California in 1964 to 2002, moved to Los Lunas, New Mexico from 2002 to March 14, 2007.

Mrs. Lujan is preceded in death by her husband, Alberto Lujan; one son, Estevan Lujan; one
daughter, Luisa Lujan; and her parents, Luis and Rebeca Vara; several brothers and sisters, Eustacio F. Vara, Epolito F. Vara, Juan Dimas F. Vara, Tony F. Vara, Paula V. Nunez, Manuela F. Nunez, Estefana V. Quiroz, Petrita F. Vara, Basilia V. Fierro, Delfina V. Rojas and Frances V. Ruiz.

Survived by her three sons, Agripino Lujan and wife Dina from Turlock, California; Albert Lujan from Union City, California; Antonio Lujan from Idaho; one daughter, Mary Lujan Ponce and husband
Ramon; provider Gloria Nanez Yackimowicz from Los Lunas, New Mexico; one sister, Frances Vara
Ruiz from Anthony, Texas; 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 15 great-great grandchildren,
20 nephews and 34 nieces.

Visitation will be held Monday, March 19, 2007 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 with Rosary at 7:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050
N. Clark Dr.

Pallbearers will be Luis Lujan, Gilbert Lujan, A.J. Lujan, Robert Lujan, Ron D. Johnson, and Richard Lujan; honorary pallbearers will be Mel Vara, Louie Ruiz, Johnny Vara, R.B. Nunez, Mike Nunez and Mike Rojas.

Interment will follow directly to Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, 8700 Dyer Blvd.

Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to all of you who have shown love and compassion towards us during this time of our lost and our great sorrow.
