Born Feb. 13, 1917, Pickaway County, she was the daughter of Samuel and Alice Goodman Spangler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Allen.
She is survived by two daughters, Jane Allen of Laurelville and Sharon K. Spencer of Columbus; son, Gary R. (Kay) Allen of Adelphi; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a brother, Foster Spangler of California.
She was a member of the Eastern Star Evergreen Chapter 169 and Trinity United Methodist Church.
Funerla service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mader-Peters & Reams Funeral Home, Circlevile. The Rev. Terry Cavanaugh will officiate. Burial will be at Maple Hill Cemetery Stoutsville.
Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity United Methodist Church.
