Lucille E. Althoff

ALTHOFF, Lucille E. age 91, passed away at Kettering Medical Center on Sunday, December 11, 2011. She was born in Macedon (Mercer County), Ohio on October 10, 1920 to the late Carl and Margaret "Menchhofer" Althoff. Aside from her loving parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers, Harold (Helen) Althoff, Paul (Pearl) Althoff, Julius Althoff and one sister, Katherine Althoff along with a nephew. She leaves behind her loving sister Barbara Anne Althoff, a niece, nephew and numerous cousins and friends. Lucille was a graduate of Miami Jacobs Business College and worked for Dayton Rubber Manufacturing Co., RCA Defense Dept., and Pratt and Whitney. Lucille attended St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Wayne Avenue in Dayton Ohio. Funeral services will be private and held the convenience of the family. Rev. Raymond Menchhofer will officiate. Interment will be at Spring Hill Cemetery in Fort Recovery, Ohio. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice .
