Graveside services for Gertrude "Tudy" Mizell of Hardin, Mont., formerly of Rosenberg, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Mrs. Mizell passed away Monday, Oct. 23, 2000, in Billings, Mont. She was born Aug. 14, 1906 in Rockdale, Texas and was raised in Mart. Mrs. Mizell lived in Rosenberg for over 50 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg and Order of the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her son, Bill Wesley Mizell and his wife, Fan; four grandchildren, Sherri Mizell, Douglas Mizell and his wife, Treena, Rex Mizell, and Roy Mizell and his wife, Bonnie; great-grandchildren, Halle Elizabeth Mizell and Jacob Price Mizell, and Misty Mizell; a brother, Curtis Sandig and his wife, Sally, of San Antonio; beloved sister-in-law, Martha Sandig of Mart; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Trudy was preceded in death by her husband, Hardy Price Mizell Sr.; her son, Hardy Price Mizell Jr.; and a grandson, Hardy Price Mizell III.

For those desiring, memorial donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Hardin, Mont. or the First United Methodist Church in Rosenberg.
