CAYCE - Services for Robert "Bob" H. Humphries, 78, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Eau Claire Presbyterian Church, conducted by the Rev. Paul Poynor. Burial will follow in Mt. Hebron United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Humphries died Thursday, August 14, 2003. Born in Columbia, he was the son of Lee R. Rothe and the late John W. Humphries. A United States Navy veteran of World War II, he was a former associate member of the National Model Railroad. He was a member of Eau Claire Presbyterian Church where he served as a deacon and elder. He graduated from Columbia High School and attended Newberry College. He retired as a sales representative from Noland Company, after 35 years.
