She was the daughter of the late James Paul Davis and Katherine Davis Ball and was also preceded in death by infant sons, Gregory and Michael Todd Byrd; one brother, Robert Kenneth (Sonny) Davis; two sisters, Betty Lou and Kathy Sue Davis; one half brother, Paul Davis and one niece, Cynthia Ann West.
Mrs. Bowling is survived by her husband, David Bowling; stepsons, Anthony Bowling and wife Kendra of Huntsivlle, and Jason Bowling of Oneida; a brother, James Michael Davis; a sister, Judy Carlene West and husband Max of Oneida; half brothers, Jerry and Charlie Davis of New Jersey; very special life long friends, Peggy Jeffers, and Terrie Sue Cross of Oneida, Maudine Shaw, Judy Jeffers Davis, Wilma Iverson all of Florida, Edith Lovett of Whitley City, Ky., and Bessie Jolly of Brimstone; a special family friend, Robert Lee (Bobby) Davis of Oneida; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held on Friday, June 16, at 2 p.m. at West-Murley Funeral Home with Rev. Ernest Woods officiating. Music was provided by special family firend, Tammy Thompson Wright. Burial was in the Ross Cemetery in Winfield.
