CLARA B. SANDERS, 76, of Fort Wayne died Tuesday in Saint Anne Home. The Fairfield, Ala., native was the widow of Willie L., who died in 1979. She was a member of Pilgrim Baptist Church, the auxiliary of American Legion Post 148 and Rebecca Guild Missionary Society. She had been a cake decorator at G.C. Murphy Co., cook at the Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce and retired as head cook at the Gerber Haus Motor Inn after 19 years. Surviving are a stepdaughter, Jo A. Dunson of Fort Wayne; foster children, Rev. William Files Jr. and Michael Files, both of Fort Wayne, Clifton Files of Baltimore and Cecelia Files-Graham of Battle Creek, Mich.; and three grandchildren. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday in the church, where calling is 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.
