Hamilton Gatten, age 82, of Orient, Ohio, formerly of Woodsfield, passed away in the Hill Crest, Convalescent Home at Harrison, Michigan, on Tuesday, January 7, 1958, after an extended illness.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Marie Dougherty, of Orient, Ohio, and Mrs. Vera Mowder, of Brownsville, Pa.; two sons, Russell Gatten, of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, and James Gatten, of Harrison, Michigan; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and a brother, John Gatten, of Woodsfield, Ohio.
Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, in the Norris Funeral Home at Grove City, Ohio. Interment was at Grove City.
