Eileen Martin, 74, carmel, died May 16 at Harbour Care Center in Noblesville.
She was born in Indianapolis march 25, 1914, the daughter of John walter and Helen (Shelly) McHaffey.
Mrs. Martin was a homemaker. She attended Carmel Christian Church and was past president of the Carmel Fire Department Auxiliary.
She is survived by two sons, Charles R. Martin of noblesville and James K. Martin of carmel; a daughter, Glenna Harkleroad of Zionsville; a brother, Richard McHaffey of Indianapolis; a sister, Mary Katherine Pratt of Tampa, Fla.; 11 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Services were may 18 at Smith Funeral Home in Carmel with the Rev. Ron Blakeney officiating. Burial followed in Clayton Cemetery in Clayton, Ind.
