MRS. KATHLEEN KORDICK
Services for Mrs. Kathleen H. Kordick, 84, of 4255 N.E. Tenth St. who died Wednesday at Mercy Hospital of a heart ailment, will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Visitation Catholic Church.
Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery.
Born in Massena, Mrs. Kordick lived in Des Moines for 48 years, moving here from Greenfield. She retired in 1954 as a sales clerk for Sears, Roebuck and Co. She was a member of Visitation Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the Does and the Elks Lodge.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Joe Lisek of Albion, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Kenneth Harms of Fredericksburg, and Sister Genevieve M. Kordcick of Des Moines; three sons, Paul, George, and Lloyd, all of Des Moines; a sister, Mrs. Mae Dunn of Roseville, California; a brother, Dr. John Anstey of Anita; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. at the Beaverdale Funeral Chapel.

Rites Held For Kathleen Kordick
Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Bell attended funeral services in Des Moines Friday at Visitation Church for her aunt, Kathleen Kordick, 85, who passed away on Wednesday, October 2, at Mercy Hospital.
Other relatives attending from this area were Mrs. Frances Kopp, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Daume of Anita, Mrs. Geraldine Koomes of Exira, Marcella Anstey of Atlantic, and Charles and Vivian Anstey of Massena.
Mrs. Kordick was a sister of the late Mrs. Henry Spies. A brother, Dr. John Anstey, of Crestwood Nursing Home, survives.
