Phyllis Blanche Beall, 68, of Bellaire died Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2006 at Arbors West Nursing Home in West Jefferson, Ohio.

She was born October 3, 1937 in Lancaster, Ohio, daughter of the late Elmer Burton Beall and Leva Leana Bumgardner Beall.

She was a retired nursing assistant from the Bellaire Clinic.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Deneen Beall; her aunt that raised her, Blanche Street; and two brothers, Gerald and George Richard Beall.

Surviving are her granddaughter, Jessica Buckman of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a grandson, Alex Laramay of Virginia; and a sister-in-law, Rita Beall of Neffs.

Friends will be received at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville on Friday from 2 to 4 and from 6 p.m. until time of services at 8 p.m. with Rev. Homer Harden officiating.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Union Cemetery, St. Clairsville.
