Faye Lucille Ummelmann of Redford, Mo., passed away Dec. 24, 2012, in Ellington Mo.at the age of 90 years, 4 months, and eleven days.
She was born Aug, 13, 1922 a daughter of the late John and Electa Wynn Arthur.
On Jan 10, 1942, she was united in marriage to Alvin Ummelmann, who preceded her in death on March 4, 1989.
To this union two sons were born, Allen and his wife Karen of St. Louis, and David Ummelmann of Redford. Other survivors include two granddaughters, Janice Ludwig; Vickie Kitchell and husband Mike, four great grandchildren Beth, Abby and Alex Ludwig, and Ben Kitchell, and a host of cousins and other relatives.
She was a member of the Annapolis Church of the Nazarene, the VFW Ladies Auxillary, the Z Club., and along with her husband Alvin volunteered for Ranken-Jordon Pediatric Rehabilitation Hospital in St. Louis.
She worked for Kroger, Hancock School District and Brown Shoe Company, and was a loving mother and wife.
Funeral Services will be held Sat. Dec 29, 2012 at 11:00 Am from Cole Family Funeral Home with Rev. Howard Casteel and Rev. Jerry Cuneio officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment will be in Annapolis Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Annapolis Church of the Nazarene.
