Charles E Golden, age 93, of Kingman, passed away at 12:05pm on Monday December 24, 2012 at the Waters of Covington. He was born October 19, 1919 in Dayton to the late Edward and Emma (DeLong) Golden.
Charles married LaVera (Wilson) Golden on April 13, 1940 in Covington. They moved to Attica where he farmed until 1959, then moved to Kingman and continued farming until retiring. He was a member of the Kingman Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, LaVera (Wilson) Golden; son, Dale (Judy) Golden; daughter, Carolyn Merryman; sister, Opal Cullom; 6 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a step great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Russell, Don, George, and John; and great grandson, Peyton Merryman.
Funeral services Friday December 28, 2012 at 2pm at Sanders Funeral Care, 203 S 1st Street, in Kingman with Pastor Kenneth Majors officiating. Burial will follow at Kingman Fraternal Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12pm until time of service at the funeral home on Friday.
