COLLIUS, PEGGY DEAN Peggy Dean Collius, 70, of Bristol, Va., died at Bristol Regional Medical Center on Friday, Nov. 30, 2001.

Born in Whitesburg, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Albert D. and Trusby M. Arrington. Her husband, William Collius, preceded her in death. She had made her home in Bristol since 1994.

Surviving are a son, William Wayne Collius, Bristol; three daughters, Judy Hanks and Ginger Johnson, Baltimore, Md., and Sonja Melnik, Bristol; four brothers, Jack Arrington, Kingsport, Jimmy Arrington, Revenna, Ohio, Charles Arrington, Richmond, and Bobby Arrington, Columbia, SC; one sister, Diane Dingus, Baltimore; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at the Newberry Cemetery, Tarpon section of Dickenson County, with Pastor William Compton officiating. The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. Monday at the Clintwood Funeral Home Chapel.

Pallbearers will be William Wayne Collius, Don Hanks, Brian Shortt, Tony Williams and Charlie and Bobby Arrington. Clintwood Funeral Home, Clintwood, is entrusted to the care of Peggy D. Collius.
