Regine Brester, 21-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Brester of Westphalia, died at Firmin Desloges hospital at St. Louis yesterday after a short illness. She had undergone an operation for a lung disorder yesterday morning after an illness of three weeks.
Miss Brester was born October 16, 1918 at Westphalia. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic church and a member of the Young Ladies Sodality of the church.
Besides her parents is survived by two sisters Alberta and Norma Jane, both of the home.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Westphalia church Saturday morning.
