Leonard (Leo)L Rini and Frank Rini, twin sons of Vito Rini (1888-1973), an Italian immigrant from Sicily, and Frances Monteleone from NY (1892-1966), were born in Brooklyn, NY on Aug 1, 1912.

Leo married Anna Rizutto around 1930 in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She was born on June 7, 1910 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He had two children with Ann; William (Willie) (1931) and Frances (Fran) Rini-Tynan (1937). Both children were born in Brooklyn. Leo and Anna separated before 1943.

On Dec 8, 1943, during WWII, he enlisted in the U.S. Army. After the war he married Anne Lunogo and relocated to Canoga Park, Los Angeles County, CA where he lived the remainder of his life.

Leo was a talented musician. He sang and played guitar professionally most of his life. He died of cancer on Dec 1, 1975 in Winnetka, Los Angeles County, CA.
