Memphis, Tenn., Feb 16--(AP)--David B. Fargason, 86, retired wholesale grocer, died today of a heart attack at the home of a son, Robert P. Fargason. A native of Coosa county, Alabama, he came to Memphis in 1866. He was vice president of the J.T. Fargason Company when he retired six years ago. He married Miss Alice Pillow, a daughter of General Gideon J. Pillow, in 1872. She died nine years ago.
