Valeria L. Keifenheim, age 94, formerly of St. Cloud, died Saturday, December 15, 2012, at the Villa Loretto Nursing Home in Mount Calvary.

The former Valeria Ditter was born October 26, 1918, in St. Cloud to the late Joseph & Cecelia (Goeser) Ditter.

She attended St. Cloud Catholic Grade School. On February 6, 1946, she married Franklin "Frank" Keifenheim at St. Cloud Catholic Church. Frank preceded her in death on March 17, 2007.

Valeria was a member of St. Isidore Parish St. Cloud Church and the Christian Women's Society.

Survivors include her three children, John Keifenheim of St. Cloud, Jim (Judy) Keifenheim of St. Peter, and Mary (Gerald "JR") Konen of St. Cloud; three grandchildren, Amanda (Michael) James, Nickolas (Kim) Konen, and Jacki Parish and her special friend, Mike Binder; three great-grandchildren, Domonic & Alivia James, Maci Konen, and a fourth great-grandchild, a great-grandson, due this coming January; her sister, Marie Smith of Hazelhurst; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ditter of Dotyville, Lyla (Eddie) Bertram of St. Peter, Frances "Fran" Keifenheim and Theresa "Tessy" Keifenheim both of Mount Calvary; special friends, Gale Sippel and Lori (Norm) Lemke and their family.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Frank; her son, Alan Keifenheim; four brothers, Norbert, William, Peter, and Clem Ditter; and three sisters, Hilda O'Malley, Sr. Alberta Ditter, and Verene Conaboy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at on Thursday, December 20, 2012, at St. Isidore Parish St. Cloud Church, 924 Main Street in St. Cloud. Rev. Gary Wegner OFM Cap. and her nephew, Rev. Michael Bertram OFM Cap. will concelebrate. Burial will be in the St. Cloud Catholic Cemetery
