Mary V. Hackley, 89, of Cambridge, died Thursday (April 25, 2019) at her home.

She was born April 7, 1930 in Cambridge, daughter of the late Edward Colvin and Rose (Bishard) Colvin.

Mrs. Hackley retired from the former Cambridge State Hospital, where she had worked in the laundry department.

She was a former member of the Moose Lodge of Cambridge. She loved playing Bingo and watching WWE wrestling shows.

Mrs. Hackley was Nazarene by faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hackley, who died December 7, 2001; a son, John Hackley; four brothers, Bob, Leonard, Willard, and Bernard; and two sisters, Mildred Wagstaff and Rebecca Humanek.

She is survived by two daughters, Becky Corbett of Cambridge and Sherry Hackley of Parkersburg WV; a sister, Bernadine Sims of Zanesville; and four grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday (April 30, 2019) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge.
Funeral services will follow at Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, on Tuesday (April 30, 2019) at 1 p.m.

Cemetery Burial will be at Center Cemetery at a later date.
