Deborah was born January 20, 1953 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Lewis and Joyce (Jones) Chandler and went to her heavenly home on December 16, 2012. She was a homemaker and member of Faith Baptist Church of Vidor.
Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Adkins; grandmother, Nora Chandler.
She is survived by one brother, Van Chandler; mother-in-law, V Ettress Adkins; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Interment will be in the Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor, Texas.
