Mrs. Lizzie Mae Howell Patrick of 68 Elmwood Drive, Fayetteville, died Thursday in Lincoln County Hospital following a long illness. She was 85.
The funeral was held Friday in the Ralston-Lee Funeral Home Chapel with Mr. Johnny Dean officiating. Burial was in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
A native of Lincoln County, Mrs. Patrick was the daughter of the late John and Addie Randolph Howell. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Mae Duke of Fayetteville; five sons, A. W. Patrick, Jr. of Fayetteville, Melvin Patrick of Franklin, Thurman Patrick of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Madison Patrick of Chicago, Illinois, Marland Patrick of Lincoln County; a sister, Mrs. Mary Lou Sullivan of Lincoln County; a brother, Johnny Howell of Lincoln County; sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
