KINGSPORT - Mrs. Addie Belle Lollis, 81, 1014 Dale St., joined hands with God on Thursday (May 30, 2002) at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 15, 1920 in Lincolnton, N.C. to the late Herbert Ray and Hattie Rhea. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, served in the choir and on the missionary board. She was also an "Esquirette." She was a home health care provider to many in the community.
She was preceded in death by both parents, her siblings, one son, one daughter and previous spouses.
She will be greatly missed by her two sons, Lonnie Cox (Victoria Butts) and Wesley Archer; 20 grandchildren; 69 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours are from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at Central Baptist Church.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church with Pastor Anthony Daniels officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
