Miss Rowland, a lifelong resident of Danville, was a senior at George Washington High School. She was born June 15, 1950 and was a Jehovah's Witness. She was the daughter of Mrs. Ramona Rowland and Police Officer Lee Rowland. She is survived by two sisters, Janet Powell and Shelia Marie Rowland; one brother, Joseph Lee Rowland; maternal grandparents, James M. and Lalah Setliff Fox and paternal grandparents, Fitzhugh Lee Rowland and Frances Ashworth Rowland.
