Charles Steven "Tootie" Collins age 64 of Piercetown, Arkansas passed away Saturday, December 15, 2012 at his home.

The son of Charles and Zelphia Collins was born January 11, 1948 in Newark, Ohio.

Steven was an asphalt finish roller for McClinton Construction for many years where he enjoyed and took pride in his work.

He was preceded in death by his brother, LeRoy Collins, and his sister, Rita Robinson.

He is survived by his parents, his wife of 46 years, Joye Ann Collins of the home, Michael Steven Collins and wife Jenny of Harrison, Arkansas; daughter, Cynthia Lynn Smith and husband Roger of Hasty, Arkansas; brother, Harold Collins and wife Debbie of Western Grove, Arkansas; sisters, Vivian Smith and husband Glenn of Vendor, Arkansas and Lavern Garner and husband Glenn of Hasty, Arkansas, grandchildren; Judith Ann Ward, Jackie Collins, Aaron Collins, Stephanie Smith, Dalton Smith, Brandy Smith, Nathan Case, and Krista Reddell; and great grandchildren; Layton Smith, Calvin Smith, Ethan Balstadt, Adalyn Barber, Hannah Smith, Dalson Smith, Keira Smith, Eli Smith, Dakota Reddell, Riya Reddell, and Logan Case.

Funeral service will be 12 P.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2012, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper with Wesley Ricketts officiating.

Burial will be in Carver Cemetery in Hasty.

Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. on Tuesday, December 18, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

Pallbearers will be Shane Collins, Chad Spears, Kelly Spears, Clifton Flud, Tim Edwards, Danny Smith, and Rocky Smith.

Honorary pallbearers will be the McClinton lay down crew, Dr. Jimmy Justice and staff, and all of his buddies that he grew up with.
