Warsaw — Marcus Ray Jones, 34, who lived near Sarecta, died in Memorial General Hospital in Kinston Saturday at 7 p.m. He had been ill for four days. Funeral rites will be conducted from the home of Mrs. Sadie Gresham, near Sarecta, Monday at 3:30 p.m. by the Rev. Ernest Gresham, Chinquapin Baptist minister. Burial will be in the Gresham Cemetery near the home. Surviving are his wife, the former Louise Gresham; three children, Tommy, Dorothy and Edna all of the home; six brothers, Dallas of Teachey, Sam of Wallace and Ashley Jones of Seven Springs, Thad, Rivers and D. J. Jones all of Sanford, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. Leon Teachey of Teachey.
