New Berlin-August DeRose, 72 a retired laborer for General Crush Stone Co., died yesterday in Chase Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Holland. He married Stella May Radell in 1923. She died in 1939.
He leaves three sons, Robert, Schuyler Lade, and Franklin and Francis, in Connecticut: five daughters, Mrs. Cora Louise Ells Worth, West Edmeston; Mrs. Mary Stellia Laribee, Brookfield; Mrs. Millie Rose Schermer, New Berlin; Mrs. Louise Koren, in Florida, and Mrs. Dorothy Mae Bice, New Berlin, and three brothers and two sisters.
The funeral will be at 2 Thursday from the Dakin Funeral Horne. Burial will be in Gazlay Cemetery.
Calling hours are from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today and tomorrow.
