Brenda Carol Adams, age 57 of LaFollette, departed this life on Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at LaFollette Medical Center. Born in Scott County, Tennessee on April 23, 1955 she was the daughter of Fred and Bessie Davis Pike.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Faye Hughett and Betty Deremer, and brothers Robert, Hobert and James Pike.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Jones and Jamie Anderson, both of Dalton, Georgia; sisters Linda Pike of LaFollette, Donna Davis of the Annadale community and Ann Regal of Dalton, Georgia; grandchildren Megan Duckett of Chatsworth, Georgia, Matthew Jones of Old Fort, Tennessee; special great niece Leanne Butler of LaFollette; special friends Margaret and Rhonda of LaFollette; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the West-Murley Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Chuck Duncan will officiate. Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at the Abner Thomas Cemetery in Oneida.
