Mr. Harris

O.Z. Harris, 817 E. 127th St., Tampa Fla., died Sunday at 5:30 p.m. at a local hospital.

Survivors: wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Harris; daughters, Miss Martha Jeanne Harris, Miss Lesa Ann Harris and Miss Barbara Lynn Harris, all of Tampa, Fla.; son, Martin Arnold Harris, U.S. Army, Germany; mother, Mrs. Ada Louise Harris, Tampa, Fla.; brother, E.W. Neely, Tampa, Fla; Allen and Martin M. Harris, Jr., Gadsden; Bill Harris, Elizabethtown, Ken.; sisters, Mrs. John Adcock, Tampa; Mrs. Marvin Nance, Gadsden.

Services will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. from Collier-Butler Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Hight officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are James White, Ralph Dyer, Max Osborne, Marvin Simmons, Bill Johnson and Marvin Nance.

Mr. Harris was a native of Etowah County and has resided in Tampa for one and one-half years. He was a member of the Baptist Church, the Veterans of Foreign Wars and was a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. Mr. Harris was employed with the Hillsborough County School System, Tampa.

The body will remain at Collier-Butler through the hour of service.
