MILLPORT, N.Y. — Marlene E. Liston, 71, of Millport, N.Y., a Streator native, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at her home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Mary Our Mother Church, Horseheads, N.Y.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 4-6 p.m. Thursday at McInerny Funeral Home, Elmira, N.Y.

Born Oct. 3, 1933 in Streator, she was a daughter of Ernest and Edna (Harlacher) Blue. She married Edward Z. Liston, who preceded her in death.

Survived are her children, Shree (Mrs. Todd) Howell of Summerville, S.C.; Deborah Liston of San Antonio, Texas; Robert Shane Liston of Millport, N.Y.; Theresa Liston of Millport, N.Y.; four grandchildren; a brother, Anson Blue; and sisters, Barbara (Mrs. Harry) Rogers and Betty Majerchin, of Illinois.

Preceding her in death were five brothers and three sisters.
