He was born June 2, 1940, in Peoria, Ill. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he was a surveillance person in a casino, a 31-year resident of Las Vegas and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and National Rifle Association.
He is survived by his wife, Maria of Las Vegas; sons, Buckley of Las Vegas and Robert of Oklahoma; daughters, Lucia of Las Vegas and Anna Farrar-Favela of Nevada; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Hites Funeral Home, followed by burial at noon at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
