Reece Ayden Abel, infant son of Chris and Stephanie Waltz Abel of Connersville was stillborn Friday, December 14, 2007 at Saint Vincent Women's Hospital, Indianapolis.

Survivors include his parents, four brothers: Alex, Seth, Grant, and Drew; two sisters: Hailee and Hannah; maternal grandparents: Steve and Lynette Waltz of Cambridge City; paternal grandparents: Stephen Abel of Connersville, Deanna Luxbacher and her husband George of Georgetown, KY; maternal great-grandmother: Betty Poe of Cambridge City; paternal great-grandparents: Richard and Bonnie Resh of Richmond; aunts and uncles: Stephanie Abel of Connersville, Kimberly and Dean Bryant of Cambridge City, Brandon and Crystal Waltz of Cedarville, OH, and several cousins.

Private graveside services will be conducted at Dale Cemetery with Pastor Mal Gibson of the First Baptist Church in Cambridge City officiating. Memorial contributions may be made at the funeral home to the family. Showalter Blackwell Long Funeral Home, Myers Chapel, Connersville is in charge of the arrangements.
