"Dena LeeAnn Arens, 39, died Thursday, December 13, 2012 in her home following a lingering illness. A Mass of Resurrection will be 10:30 AM on Monday, December 17 at St. Michael's Catholic Church by Rev. David Kucera and Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 – 7:00 PM Sunday at the Hrabak Funeral Home with a scripture service at 7:00 PM.
She is survived by her husband, Dan; daughter, Taylor; sons, Tyler and Nathan, all at home; father, Leo Hlas and step-mother, Marsha of Elberon; brother, Jim (Sheila) Hlas of Belle Plaine; step-brothers, Chris Boots of St. James, MO and Ben (Donette) Boots of Belle Plaine; grandmothers, Madeline Arens and Leota Cronbaugh, both of Belle Plaine; mother and father-in-law, Jim and Cindy Arens of Belle Plaine; and by several nieces and a nephew.
