A daughter of Oscar U. Latto and Caroline McCollam, she married James C. Fox. She graduated from Uhrichsville High in 1918 and trained at Oberlin College. She was a kindergarten teacher before her marriage. She and James had no children, but she was pregnant at the time of her death, the cause being 'toxemia of pregnancy.' She died at Twin City Hospital.
