Dean G. Lockman, 48, formerly of Faribault, died Saturday, December 14, 1991, in Sandlake Hospital, Orlando, Florida, following a brief illness. Dean Gordon Lockman, the son of Gordon and Virginia Ball Lockman, was born in Faribault on December 31, 1942. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Navy. He married Marilyn Meillier on December 26, 1961. Mr. Lockman had been a plumber and steamfitter in Faribault for Lockman Plumbing for many years. He was also a member of the Rochester Plumbers and Steamfitters Union for 10 years and most recently had been a sales representative for ABC Bus in Winter Garden, Florida. He is survived by a son, Scott Lockman of Faribault; a daughter, Tracee Lockman of Faribault; his mother, Virginia Lockman of Faribault; a brother, Gary Lockman of Faribault; two sisters, Mrs. Rick (Kay) Anderson of Pierre, South Dakota, and Mrs. Mike (Joann) Mullen of Cypress, California; his former wife, Marilyn Bennett; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Lockman. Class of 61.
