John Autrand, loving husband,father, brother, uncle, and friend to many, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer.

He is survived by his wife Gaynor, sons Marcus and Jake of Centerville; sister Sarah Autrand, San Francisco, CA. Also his wife's family, all of England and South Korea.

John was a remarkable man who will be remembered for his unique sense of humor, his fun loving spirit, his positive outlook and his determination and zest for life. He impacted the lives of everyone he knew with his caring and generous nature. He will be sadly missed by so many and will always have a special place in the hearts of those whose lives he touched.

Thank you so much to all friends and family for your love and support and thank you to the wonderful doctors and staff of Utah Cancer Specialists, LDS hospital and the kind, caring IHC hospice nurses.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday Dec. 12, 2003 at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Centerville City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Marcus and Jake Education Fund, at Keybank, 50 South Main, suite 1914. SLC, UT 84144.
